This weekend, SCHS gymnasts competed at Tormead in the ISGA 5-Piece National Schools Finals, showcasing skill, determination and teamwork across Year 3 to Year 12.
In the Under 9 category, the team placed second in both the group routine and overall team competition. Georgie B was crowned U9 National Champion, finishing first individually out of approximately 80 competitors, while Lily M placed fourth.
The Under 15 team also secured second place in both the group routine and overall team competition. Individually, Emily C placed second, narrowly missing first by just 0.5 points, while Darcey D finished fourth and Grace S fifth.
The Under 11 team placed fourth in the group routine and sixth overall, while the Over 13 team finished sixth in the group routine and fifth overall.
With combined scores from SCPS and SCHS teams across all age groups, Streatham & Clapham High School placed third overall as a whole school. Congratulations to all the gymnasts on their outstanding performances.
