The House system fosters teamwork and camaraderie among pupils. From Year 1 onwards, each pupil is assigned to one of four Houses: Red, Blue, Yellow or Green. House points are awarded for good behaviour, academic excellence and participation in events like Sports Day. Points are tallied weekly, with the winning House receiving the House Cup. The House with the most Cups at the end of the term enjoys a special own-clothes day. Year 6 pupils are elected as House Captains, Sports Captains, and Charity Captains, leading their Houses alongside staff during assemblies. Houses at our school give pupils a strong sense of belonging and are an excellent way to encourage interaction between pupils from different year groups, fostering a more connected and supportive school community.
