“Children are confident and express their needs due to the warm and supportive environment created by teachers.”
ISI Report, March 2024

Outstanding pastoral care is essentially important for girls in our SCPS Early Years setting. Happy girls make good learners. From the outset, we understand the importance of creating a secure and caring environment where each girl feels valued and supported. Our staff are trained to provide not only educational guidance but also emotional support, ensuring that every child’s wellbeing is at the forefront of our care.
We also recognise the vital role of parents in a child’s early education. We work closely with families to ensure that each girl’s experience is positive and fulfilling. Regular communication between home and school helps us create a partnership that supports every child’s development; daily conversations at drop off and pick up are invaluable.
