In addition to Academic Scholarships, we offer specialist scholarship opportunities in Art, Drama, Music and Sport at both 11+ and 16+ entry.


Scholarships

As part of both the 11+ (Senior School) and 16+ (Sixth Form) admissions process we award both academic and subject specialist scholarships to both existing and external candidates. Please note specialist scholarship application deadlines for Sixth Form Scholarships are different for internal and external candidates.

General Scholar Responsibilities (Academic and Specialist)

  • To be a good role model for peers and younger pupils at the Senior and Prep Schools
  • To be enthusiastic and positive about new challenges presented to her
  • To take pride in being a scholar
  • To play a key role in promoting the school, e.g. on Open Days

Specialist Scholarships

All specialist scholarships in the field of Arts, Drama, Music and Sport are subject to a renewal process in the Autumn Term of Year 9 (Upper 4) and again in Year 11 (Upper 5). Renewal will be subject to the scholar’s appropriate contribution to the discipline of her specialist scholarship.

The deadline for the specialist scholarships for external candidates is Thursday 31 October 2024 at midday.

Once we have received your completed online specialist scholarship application, we will contact you with our scholarship assessment dates.

Art Scholars must demonstrate a keen interest in creative learning and working towards facing all artistic challenges unafraid and with confidence. Our Art Scholars must strive to develop skills, knowledge and understanding -- recognising there are infinite artistic possibilities and opportunities in school and beyond.
