2021 A Level Examination Results

FIRST CHOICE OF UNIVERSITY
At least 95% of SCHS girls have secured a place at their first-choice university.

HIGHER-TARIFF & RUSSELL GROUP UNIVERSITIES
91% of girls will be attending Higher-Tariff Universities
78% of girls will be joining Russell Group Universities in September

CONTINUING TO BRIDGE THE STEM GAP
At SCHS we continue defy gender stereotypes: almost half of the leavers of 2021 will progress to study STEM-based subjects at university.

FROM SCHS TO CAMBRIDGE UNIVERSITY
This year two of our girls will be joining Cambridge University in September. This is a testament to all their hard work, and we as a team, at SCHS, take great pride in their achievement.

Congratulations to Mercedes who has secured a place at Fitzwilliam College, Cambridge University to read Music.

Congratulations to Athena who will be studying Vetenary Medicine at Emmanuel College, Cambridge University.

Today at SCHS we celebrate the hard work, dedication and resilience of our Sixth Form girls. After an extremely disruptive couple of years, 95% of the girls in this cohort have managed to secure a place at their first-choice university. A gifted and diverse class, the SCHS outgoing Upper Sixth girls have won places at some of the most distinguished and competitive universties in the UK, including, Cambridge, Durham, St Andrews and Manchester, to name just a few. A huge congratulations to all of our girls’ for their achievements and we wish them the best of luck in their next steps!
