From our FRIENDS:

We had a good turnout for the “acts of kindness” photo competition last week. The girls provided some excellent examples – from taking over household chores for their parents e.g. making meals and cleaning, to creating art in their neighbourhood and donating to those in need.

We were so impressed with their efforts and selected a prize winner by random drawing. Our winner for this week was Keira Moodley (4B). Her act of kindness was making up gift bags for children in need, which included clothes, toys and books. Collected items were donated by residents of Earlsfield and given to Little Village, refugee camps and homeless families. We thought that her joy in doing this really shined through!
