| Sophia and Olivia Rogala are are both taking part in the Benedetti Virtual Sessions. Violinist, Nicola Benedetti, and a team of talented, professional musicians are hosting tutorial sessions for musicians of all ages during the Coronavirus lockdown to culminate in a concert weekend. Sophia and Olivia have signed up and committed themselves to the programme of online tutorial sessions, creative lessons and Zoom calls in anticipation of playing in the concert of the weekend of 30th and 31st May. Sophia will be playing the cello as part of the intermediate orchestra and Olivia the advanced orchestra on the second violin. Pieces will include Paganini’s Caprice No. 24, the Fantasia on Theme of Thomas Tallis and Warlock’s Mattachins. |
