This week, eight of our Senior School girls took part in shortlisting for the Lambeth Phoenix Book Awards 2020 alongside pupils from four other Lambeth schools. They assessed over thirty nominations, presented their findings and then voted for their favourite book. In the coming months, pupils aged 9-13 from both the Prep and Senior schools as well as from other local schools will read and vote on the shortlisted titles. We have been pleased to host a great number of local school pupils for the Final for two consecutive years and look forward to attending this year’s finale event at a nearby school in May.
